Home is my happy place

I have spent eighteen years selling real estate in Calgary, and I still find the job genuinely interesting — which is the only reason to do it well for that long. Every transaction is somebody's largest financial decision wrapped around something much less rational: where they want to wake up.

My practice covers the whole city and the towns around it. First condos in the Beltline, family homes in Tuscany and Mahogany, character bungalows in Renfrew that are really redevelopment lots, estate properties in Springbank Hill, and acreages out past Bragg Creek. Different buyers, different maths, same principle: know the comparables, know the community, and never let a client talk themselves into a bad number.

I work with a deliberately small number of clients at a time. When you call, you get me — not an assistant, not a team member you have never met. I answer the phone on weekends because that is when people look at houses.

Outside of work you will usually find me somewhere between here and the mountains, which is a good part of why I have never wanted to sell real estate anywhere else.
