I have watched this city redraw itself — the Beltline fill in, the southeast push past Seton, the west end climb toward the mountains. That history is useful. It means I can tell you which pockets hold value when the market cools, which builders finish well, and which streets go quiet at 4pm and which do not.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. You get me on the phone, not a call centre.
